In Episode 34, Dr Chong discusses two of the most commonly encountered — and commonly misunderstood — colorectal conditions: constipation and haemorrhoids. The episode addresses the symptoms patients often hesitate to bring up, when lifestyle changes may be sufficient, and when it is appropriate to seek specialist evaluation.
