For years, I’ve been apprehensive about going through colonoscopy/gastroscopy. I’ve backed out on the last minute after making appointments twice at other medical centers. But it’s different with Dr Chong. From the start, Dr Chong has been very reassuring and empathetic! And I finally went through the procedure in September and everything went well! The procedure during and after was painless. Even the bowel preparation wasn’t as bad as I expected. It was very manageable. Helpful and friendly staff. Dr. Chong is a role model of his field. He understands the minds of his patients, including their anxiety and the reasons behind questions. He addressed mine before I left his office every visit. He attended closely to my condition, before and after medical procedure. He gave concrete and comprehensive recommendations to my health.
